So yeah, let's get back to the topic.

I am quite interested in most Slavic languages, but for some reason Ukrainian and Bulgarian just don't appeal to me as much. Nothing against Ukrainians and Bulgarians, just saying (I don't mind if you don't find Korean interesting). Could someone convince me to take some interest in these two languages?

^^ I'm sure people don't mind the "excessive" number of loan words in English when they move onto learning languages like French, Italian and Spanish.

Danish - I just don't like the sound
French - I'm hoping I do end up learning it but school has given me a negative attitude to French. French confuses me as much as maths but I think it's just a mental block because it can't be THAT hard...
Polish - not keen on how it looks written
Arabic - Looks like more work than I'm willing to put in
Any minor language that I'm not somehow connected with - Eg. Frisian or Welsh maybe but Quencha or Cherokee definitely not. And even with Frisian and Welsh I don't think I'd get much further than dabbling.

This would change if I was smitten with a native speaker since I wouldn't have bothered with Dutch without that motivation.

Haha, it's very funny to see that. Polish is my favorite because of how it looks written, and I love Danish because of its sound :D

The last language I'd learn is, mmm... well, there are more than 6,000 languages/dialects, and I can only know the name 120 of them.
So, I can't say which one I'd never learn, since those 120 represent only 2% of the total and the chosen language is probably
somewhere in that 98%.

If I had to choose between those 120, definetly Volapük. 30 speakers and it's a
constructed-language. Btw, there are more than 118,000 articles in the
Volapük Wikipedia, so I guess that those 30 dudes are fans of the language.

Though some interesting individuals happen to inexplicably become engrossed by them, I must say the last languages I'd learn are constructed ones like Esperanto or Klingon. In fact, I'd much rather learn many other things first, like anatomy or astrophysics.

About real languages, I wouldn't want to learn one only to discover I cannot actually obtain books in it. Other than this practical limitation, I'm not predisposed against any language.

Haha I guess the typical Volapük user doesn't have a busy social life...
I also wouldn't care for conlangs, except for one I may make later on (for fun).
