I'd like to remind all members who haven't created a log yet that the purpose of the TAC is documenting your progress in your very own TAC log.
So, Micha and chokofingrz, would you please create your logs and post a link here? Thank you! (@chokofingrz: If you want to keep your old log, that's fine. Just let me know.) Also, EmmaSuzanne's account has been deactivated. What should I do about her? I know from my own experience that bans can result from misunderstandings and might be reversed. Should I keep her name in the roster? We might also think about our first Skype meeting. Who's interested and what's a good time for you? Weekends are mostly fine for me. How about you? I'm interested, and I would also prefer weekends, but if you want to catch me in my
European time zone then it should be this weekend or the next - I'm moving to China after that. And this Sunday evening I will be teaching in the evening so I would prefer a daytime call. 1 person has voted this message useful | |||

Mighty interesting article from a Russian newspaper about the Russian language and the internet.
Check out the project they talk about (Образование на русском) link edit: Maybe I got excited a little too early. I can't find any useful resources on the pushkininstitute site yet. They want you to do some tonal exercises with your microphone but that's not something I'm into. Advanced classes haven't started yet but I wonder what they will be like. Still check it out if you like, maybe I'm missing something and maybe it does get interesting when the other courses start. I wrote my introduction two weeks ago, but I seem to have forgotten to post it. I am also interested in Skype
sessions (just hope I can get the technical side to work), weekends would work best for me too, but would it be possible to do it fairly late, like 8 in the evening? I am meeting up with my Kazakh friend every Sunday afternoon, so it would be great to be able to do both. Here is my presentation: Меня зовут Кристина. Мне 52 года. Я норвежка и живу около Осло, в маленьком пригороде по названию Стабек. Я работаю на железные дорогие,по управлению инфраструктурой. Я начальник международного отдела. У меня есть две дочери, их зовут Катрине и Мартина, им 18 и 15 лет. У меня тоже есть два кота, их зовут Лекси и Эйнжел. У меня дома есть маленький сад, с розами и тюльпанами. Мне очень нравиться заниматься в саду. Мне тоже нравиться изучать иностранные языки, и я говорю по английски, по французский, по немецкий, по испанский и чуть-чуть по русский. I finally got around to write a short text for the January challenge, here it is. I welcome the correction of any mistakes.
Привет. Моя имя - Эйвин, но на форуме меня зовут Огрим. Я норвежец. Мне пятьдесят лет и я работаю в отделе кадров международной организации во Страсбурге, Франции. Я женат с испанке и у нас дочь и сын. Дочери тринадцать лет а сыну одиннадцать лет. Я учу русский язык уже два года и мне очен нравится. Я интересуюсь иностранными языками, культурами и литературами. Не только учу русский язык но и каталанский, ретороманский у чуть-чуть греческий. Когда я хорошо буду говорить по-русски, я хочу учить другой славянский язык, может быть сербский или болгарский. Я тоже интересуюсь церковнославянским языком. До прихода во Страсбурге я жил в Валенсии, Лондоне и Брюсселе.
