This quote is taken from Theo Maassen, an acclaimed Dutch comedian strongly influenced by the late Bill Hicks. Theo speaks with standard Dutch with a Noord-Brabant accent, and uses dialect when mocking certain groups of people.
I come from the Noordoostpolder which is newly won land dating back to WW2. As a consequence, it has no indigenous dialect and its inhabitants (or their parents) have moved here from many other parts of the Netherlands. No single dialect is therefore prevalent and basically young inhabitants of this region may have an accent that can hardly be located. If there would be any 'twang' to my speech, it must be coming from the northeast of the Netherlands, as I also have lived in the easternmost part of Overijssel.
