If you have learned a language on your own successfully, or have spent some time abroad in a language immersion or language exchange program, I would be very pleased to receive your own account of this experience to publish on this website - if possible with some pictures.
Such testimonials are great sources of inspiration for young people who contemplate learning a new language or spending time abroad to study. You can have a look at Keith's account of studying Mandarin in China to see the type of material I am looking for. Of course you don't need to get treated with heated fruit jars in the heart of China to get included on this website!
