Just to let you know most of us have moved over to
www.forum.language-learners.org after we had some
techincal problems with this forum. You can post on
both sites or one or other but I must say the new
site is WAY more active.

I had a gap two weeks for active learning. That is, I dedicate totally to the language. However I've been practicing few words that I find online, here and there. But its not helping much as I tend to forget them. I am still putting down more words. In a couple of days, it should be done and then I start revising. By this month end I will practice again and again those few hundred words and see if they stick. Else, I will pivot.
For today I am creating decks for few words.

Adding another strategy which I think will be very helpful which I call- PowerPlay.
With the people whom I talk in other language but I use words of yet another language in between. For example, If you are an Italian but use some English words frequently such as - light. Substitute the word with target language while the sentence is in the same language that you usually speak.
