How do you think and why, what Romance language Italian, Spanish or French will be the most useful in addition to English in a journey along the sea coastline from Venice to Lisbon? The survey question that you posed was "What language the most useful in a journey from Athens to Lisbon?". I think that it would be "more realistic" to provide a list of possible answers as: Greek Italian French Spanish Portuguese English None of the above I suggest that you revise the poll choices to included all of the choices above. I mean a Romance language in addition to English. I'm not interested in learning Greek ) and I know that English will be the best universal one so it will not be correct to include it in the poll. 1 person has voted this message useful | |||

So Spanish is leading here. Why? Where except Spain it will be useful along the Mediterranean coastline?
