There aren't many examples on the intenet. It seems to derive frome the same "toke"
meaning as the German word, with the change that it now means "to get high on" so simply
"to like". As far as I can tell.

It's nice that he broke it down like that. I couldn't imagine how he would manage studying 20 languages every day,
or even every week! But now it makes sense, with some at school and a few on the side. I wish i could take more at
school than just french and Spanish!
