Само собой интернационален, но все таки для изучения было бы полезней в этом разделе
писать по русский=)

Всё кажется сложно, до того, как легко получается) [cit.]

Я хочу сообщить тем, которые самостоятельно изучали русский язык и никогда не бывали в России: русские очень редко используют :) и такие "smileys", а вместо этого пишут ")" сразу после их предложений.

Чаще всего не одну )))). Так делает в основном молодежь. Люди постарше больше используют
смайлы.
