Tiu estas preskaux korekta. "Cxu tiu, kiun mi skribis Esperante, estas korekta?" Kiam ni uzas la "x-sistemon", ni ankaux tajpas la "x"-on post la "u". Malsimile, ni ne tajpas la "h"-on poste, pri la "h-sistemo". Angle: "Tiu" means literally "that one", while "tio" is closer to "that" (that thing).
Use "tiu" for anything with a name or anything you would use the definite article with, otherwise use "tio." Sorry I don't speak any other language you speak well enough to explain this in that language, "that" in English is used for a lot of different concepts. Esperante: "Tiu", lauxvorte, signifas "that one" angle, sed "tio" similas al "that (thing)" angle. Uzu "tiu" por iu ajn, ke havas nomon, aux iu ajn kun kiu vi uzas "la." Alie, uzu "tio."
