I just watched this guy speak 5 languages and I'm disgustingly jealous.

Wow his Spanish is very good and from what I can tell his Italian is even better. And of course his English is
excellent. Although he is very fortunate to live in a very multilingual environment, with being an Asian living in
Belgium, giving him easy access to French, Dutch, and Chinese. Overall I am extremely impressed.

You know, polylgots are like normal people: They are studying languages and they want to practise and improve their OWN foreign languages.

(EDIT)

He likes the German language very much, but he is so occupied with the study of Asian languages, that he has no time to study German. He can speak some intermediate German, but he doen't know where to practise it. Therefore he can't really improve it. That's what he says in his videos.

German is my native language and I speak Dutch fluently on a very high level.

I will offer Loki some language practise on Skype for the languages, where he needs it. Sooner or later I will contact him on that...

My last post in this thread is already some months old. I want to present two new videos of Loki, in which he speaks fluent Turkish with the correct pronounciation and grammar of Turkish. He has learned Turkish by studiying the ASSIMIL "Le turc sans peine" in only a couple of months with additional speaking practise with native speakers in Brussels. I would recommend listening to the following videos especially to native Turkish speakers and fellow learners of Turkish as a foreign language.

Loki Belgica'dan You Tube'de Türkçe konusuyor NR. 1

Loki Belgica'dan You Tube'de Türkçe konusuyor NR. 2

Have fun with such excellent Turkish!

You must say "a typical Flemish", not "a typical Belgian", becuase it's three national languages: Dutch, French and German. Generally, only the Flemish can speak Dutch.

Loki lives in Brussels and his native language is French. So he's not Flemish.
