The person above you will post a word in another language (with an English translation, of course). You then write and translate the first word that comes to your mind into a new post. This can help with vocabulary, both in English and your foreign languages!

Bark --> an old ship
Knarre ---> another old ship (in German (Low and High), Danish and other Nordic languages). Seen from the front end it was rather broad, so it was used as a slang expression on Iceland in the viking age to denote well endowed women. 1 person has voted this message useful | |||

Currach [gaeilge] - a canoe
