I really like the way Cyrillic looks but my favorite is the Arabic script. Arabic calligraphy is breath-taking and it actually motivated me to learn the alphabet. I spent several weeks on it (just the alphabet, writing, attaching sounds to certain letters, etc) and occasionally find myself writing some Arabic in my notebooks.

Urdu Nasta'liq script looks real nice. It's more artistic than the modern Arabic script.

I like japanese, all three systems. also georgian, cyrillic, and the persian script are all very nice too.

I guess I'm kinda biased since I don't know much about other scripts, but I love Japanese Hiragana. It's so bubbly and swirly. After looking at the other script samples in this thread, I still like Hiragana best.

I love ancient scripts. Cuneiform looks like it came from a different planet, and
Ancient Egyptian looks pretty cool too. When I was younger I thought Cyrillic looked really mysterious and exotic, but now I don't really notice it. Of the big modern languages, Arabic is my favourite. 1 person has voted this message useful | |

I'm loving learning to write the Persian alphabet.
