Edit: Old Gutnish (seems English differentiates between Old Gutnish (where German says Gutnisch) and Modern Gutnish (where German says Gotländisch), but as your example is taken from the Gutasaga it's definitely Old Gutnish)

It does not look like Turkic.
Maybe it does not look like Finnic too, but I may be wrong here
So it can be either Caucasian, Tungus or Paleo-Siberian
